Seekae back in Sydney

Seekae are back from overseas and aren’t wasting time. They’re releasing a new remix EP and having a great launch party to celebrate. On August 6th they’ll be playing the Oxford Arts Factory with some of Sydney’s best up and coming indie bands: Parades, Ghoul, Megastick Fanfare and Bearhug.

If you haven’t heard of Seekae before do yourself a favour and test out some of their music. It’s beautiful lush electronica with hip-hop beat influences. I’ve listened to their album a ridiculous amount of times now, in my humble opinion it has to be one of the best releases of last year.

Seekae will also be supporting Decoder Ring at their album launch at the metro, which i’ll talk about in more detail soon.

Download Yurai and Void from The Sound Of Trees Falling On People or just buy the whole thing from iTunes

Seekae’s MySpace, where you can hear a rad song i’d never come across before: Loop Gnimmiws
